Bitesize Restorative Yoga: Rest and Digest

A 20 minute practice to help you lengthen the abdomen, soften the helps and support the digestive process. Including effortless rest pose, apanasana (translating as wind relieving pose!) and supta virasana (google it!).

You will need: a yoga mat or a firm surface to lie on. 1-2 yoga bolsters or a few firm pillows/cushions.

Optional equipment: A blanket to lie on and a blanket to keep you warm. A blanket to use as a pillow or an actual cushion or pillow! A yoga strap or scarf. An eye pillow (or clean sock/scarf to place over the eyes).

Note: not suitable for knee injuries, ankle injuries or back problems.
