Values, terms, and conditions

My values

My aim in life is to live with courage, wisdom and love. I intend to pass these values on by teaching in a respectful, considered and loving way. I will not teach too much, as I recognise the energy that I invest into my teachings. I am dedicated to my own study and practice. First and foremost I am a student of yoga. I strive to understand boundaries and personal space. I am respected to all those who come to class, workshop or retreat with me, as well as those who come for one-to-one healing.
