My therapeutic one-to-one yoga sessions are primarily about rest; using restorative and gentle yoga techniques tailored entirely to you.

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, exhaustion, burnout, low energy, physical tension, hormonal changes, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, together we create a practice that meets you where you are.

Rather than striving to achieve more, our work focuses on creating a sense of safety, ease and balance within the body and mind. Through gentle movement, breathwork, restorative yoga, relaxation practices and yoga nidra, we support the nervous system, encourage deep rest, and create the conditions for healing and renewal.

What a Session May Include

Each session begins with a consultation, allowing us to explore your needs, intentions and desired outcomes.

Your bespoke practice may include:
