Whole Woman Wellbeing

Whole Woman Wellbeing brings you my experience of supporting women to connect with their bodies, breath, emotions, moods and energies to heal, balance and connect. I believe that without acknowledgement of the role of hormones in our holistic wellbeing, our physical, mental and emotional health can suffer, including our immunity, stress response and ability to navigate life’s challenges. I also believe that awakening to the spiritual dimension of our being through understanding the cycles of womanhood (menstrual, pregnancy, and menopause) can help us understand our transitions as embodied rites of passage, and can transform our understanding of suffering. Creativity is a key part of connecting with the feminine energy, and I incorporate menstrual cycle awareness, astrology, womb yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra, and journalling into my work.

Thank you for helping me to be more compassionate with myself, for allowing my inner voice to have a platform. Thank you for sharing your awesome wisdom, along with your humour.

Thank you for encouraging us all to be vulnerable and to be feminine, which as women we’ve been taught so much to suppress and disengage.

Thank you for removing my guilt around letting my body rest and for offering us all a hand when we feel like we’re sinking.

Thank you for your guidance in my everyday life - I feel like you have helped me in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

I just wanted to thank you for today’s workshop. It was fantastic! I could see myself in everything that you spoke about during the workshop (how we try to do too much at the same time and keep it all together).

As a result of trying to do too much as my work became more stressful I have lost my period and my health isn’t 100% ok yet. Your workshop was exactly what I needed as I have been trying to slow down my work rhythm for the last 1-2 months.

Thank you for the course. As you know I have loved ‘connecting’ with my cycle. I really can’t believe that until this point in my life, the only thoughts I’ve given to my periods are either that I’m bleeding, or worrying that I haven’t bled for a long time.

I feel that the course and your emails are helping me to gradually think a little differently about the menstrual cycle, self care and life in general and I’m really loving what I’m discovering so thank you.
