Fatigue recovery

I believe the roots of fatigue lie firmly within the exhaustion of the soul. As we bustle along in modern life, neglecting our need to rest, recover, contemplate and learn, we abandon a vital part of ourselves. We can find that, no matter how much financial or material security we have gained, we have become exhausted, numb and without meaning. This can be frightening, and can manifest in exhausted muscles, burnt out minds, and a lack of joy in living.

I use restorative yoga techniques and yoga nidra to help you recover your physical, mental and emotiona health, and open up to the possibility that you are made of more. The practices are incredibly gentle, and can often be practiced in as little as twenty minutes and can be a crucial part of recovering from fatigue.
