Bitesize Restorative Yoga: Relieve Anxiety

This simple 20minute yoga video contains only one posture which I call “psoas release on chair”. Not the most glamorous sounding of titles but it does what it says on the tin. This posture is my absolute favourite for slowing me down and helping me feel more calm in mind and body.

You will need: a yoga mat or a firm surface to lie on. A yoga chair or something of similar shape/height. A yoga bolsters or a firm pillow. 3-4 blanket to lie on and keep you warm. A blanket to use as a pillow or an actual cushion or pillow!

Optional equipment: An eye pillow (or clean sock/scarf to place over the eyes).
