Bitesize Restorative Yoga: Down to Earth
Come back down to earth with this 20 minute practice of just two postures, which will invite your exhale to become longer, less calming your nervous system.
You will need: a yoga mat or a firm surface to lie on. A yoga chair that you can rest your legs on or something of a similar shape/height. (see picture to the left). A yoga bolster or firm pillows.
Optional equipment: A blanket to lie on and a blanket to keep you warm. A blanket to use as a pillow or an actual cushion or pillow! An eye pillow (or clean sock/scarf to place over the eyes).
