Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice that’s simple yet often profoundly beneficial. Unlike other meditation, there’s no effort needed – you can’t get it wrong! This means that anyone can do it - you don’t need any prior yoga experience or to even change clothes, but to simply be able to lie down. 

Yoga nidra is a research-based technique that has been proven to benefit those suffering from stress and trauma, anxiety and depression, and low self esteem. Starting or ending your team away day or bringing wellbeing into your workplace could improve the morale and motivation of individual staff members and the whole team.

A session of yoga nidra with Mel can last from 45mins to one hour, with the actual yoga nidra practice being somewhere between 20 - 30minutes. It can be practiced at any time of day. 
I recommend people do not immediately go back to work after the session, but have a cup of tea and a snack and some time to ‘wake up’.
