A session of yoga nidra with Mel can last from 45mins to one hour, with the actual yoga nidra practice being somewhere between 20 - 30minutes. It can be practiced at any time of day.
I recommend people do not immediately go back to work after the session, but have a cup of tea and a snack and some time to ‘wake up’.
