Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Thursday, 2.30pm - 3.45pm, Bristol City Yoga

Restorative yoga calms down the body by releasing muscular tension. We do this through effortless practice - using yoga props to hopld and support the body. We create space in the body for the breath, and allow the mind to move towards stillness. This is embodied meditation. Yoga nidra is meditation through relaxation - it is healing, nourishing, and deeply restful.

Available on Move GB (under Bristol City Yoga) or through Bristol City Yoga from £12.50 (£10 concessionary). For more details click here.
